Ravens sign third-round pick Yanda

The Baltimore Ravens signed third-round draft pick Marshall Yanda to a three-year contract. Yanda, an offensive lineman, was the 86th overall pick in the NFL draft and the first of Baltimore's 2007 selections to sign a contract.

BALTIMORE (July 11, 2007) -- The Baltimore Ravens signed third-round draft pick Marshall Yanda to a three-year contract.

Yanda, an offensive lineman, was the 86th overall pick in the NFL draft and the first of Baltimore's 2007 selections to sign a contract.

Yanda started 25 games at Iowa: four at left guard, five at left tackle and 16 at right tackle. He started every game as a senior, helping Iowa average 383.3 yards per game.
