The Houston Texans signed safety Michael Stone to their active roster. Stone spent training camp with the Texans before being released just before the season.

HOUSTON (Nov. 21, 2006) -- The Houston Texans signed safety Michael Stone to their active roster.

Stone spent training camp with the Texans before being released just before the season. He played in 13 games and had 46 tackles last season for New England.

Safety Guss Scott was released to make room for Stone on the active roster. He appeared in five games and had 12 tackles this season.
