Flag Football - Gauntlet Drill

Der Gauntlet Drill ist eine Übung, die darauf abzielt, die Ballkontrolle und das Ausweichen unter Druck zu verbessern. Spieler:innen sprinten mit dem Ball durch eine Reihe von Gegnern, die versuchen, ihre Flaggen zu ziehen oder den Ball zu schlagen. Ziel ist es, schnelle Richtungswechsel, enge Ballführung und Schutz der Flaggen zu trainieren, während die Gegner Druck ausüben.

Ein tiefer Körperschwerpunkt vereinfacht den Griff nach der Flagge des Gegenspielers. Der Fokus auf die Hüften des Gegenübers erleichtert das Flaggenziehen. Ganz wichtig dabei: Als "Anker" darf sich der/die Verteidiger:in nicht vom Fleck bewegen, seine Füße müssen am Boden bleiben.
