Veteran receiver Amani Toomer missed the New York Giants' training camp practice on Tuesday with swelling in his left leg.

ALBANY, N.Y. -- Veteran receiver Amani Toomer missed the New York Giants' training camp practice on Tuesday with swelling in his left leg.

With fellow wide receiver Steve Smith also missing the workout due to general soreness, New York's receiving corps was without its top three players. Plaxico Burress is still sidelined with a problem in his right ankle.

Coach Tom Coughlin did not seemed concerned after the two-hour workout, the team's seventh practice in four days at the University at Albany.

Domenik Hixon and Sinorice Moss played with the first team on Tuesday.

Second-year offensive lineman Adam Koets did not practice because of dizziness after waking up. Safety Terrance Stringer was out with a hamstring injury.
