PATRIOTS HAVE MORE WINS AGAINST BUFFALO THAN ANY OTHER TEAM
The Patriots have recorded 68 wins over the Bills, the most by the Patriots against any one opponent. The Jets are second with 58 wins. 

PATRIOTS DEFENSE REGISTERS EIGHT SACKS; MOST SINCE 2003
The Patriots defense recorded eight sacks. It was the most sacks since the Patriots recorded eight sacks at Philadelphia on Sept. 14, 2003. The Patriots have recorded nine sacks in a game five times and a team record 11 at Oakland on Sept. 22, 1963.

Tom Brady followed a 4-touchdown game in the season-opener with three touchdowns vs. Pittsburgh to push his total to 399 career touchdowns and needs one more to become the fourth NFL player with 400 career touchdowns.

Tom Brady owns a 24-3 record against the Buffalo Bills after the 40-32 win. He has more wins against Buffalo than any other NFL team. The New York Jets are second with 20 wins on Brady's list. Brady's 24 wins against Buffalo are the second most wins by a quarterback against an opponent.

Tom Brady had his 65th NFL 300-yard-plus game and his 9th against Buffalo after finishing with 4 after finishing with 466 yards. His 65 career 300-yard games are third in NFL history to Peyton manning (91) and Drew Brees (87). Brady has more 300 yard games against Buffalo than any other team. His next highest team is six 300-yard games against Miami. 

BRADY HAS SEVENTH CAREER 400-YARD GAME
Brady had his seventh career 400-yard game and his first since he threw for 432 yards vs. Pittsburgh on Nov. 3, 2013. His 466 yards passing are second to the 517 yards he had at Miami on Sept. 12, 2011.

BRADY THROWS FOR THREE TOUCHDOWNS; NOW HAS 61 AGAINST BUFFALO
Brady now has 61 touchdowns against Buffalo, the most he has thrown against any one team. His next highest is 45 touchdowns against Miami. 

GRONKOWSKI RUNS STREAK TO FIVE STRAIGHT REGULAR SEASON GAMES WITH AT LEAST ONE TD
Rob Gronkowski scored on a 2-yard touchdown in the second quarter and has now caught at least one touchdown in five straight regular season games after closing out the 2014 season by scoring a touchdown in the final three regular season games and then catching three touchdowns in the opener vs. Pittsburgh. He has now caught a touchdown pass in eight straight games, including the postseason. Gronkowski's longest streak of consecutive regular season games with a receiving touchdown is six in 2011, which is a franchise record for most consecutive games with a receiving touchdown.

Rob Gronkowski added to his Patriots record for most 100-yard games by a Patriots tight end with his 16th 100-yard game of his career after finishing with 7 receptions for 113 yards.

EDELMAN HAS THIRD CAREER GAME WITH TWO RECEIVING TOUCHDOWNS
WR Julian Edelman scored on a 8-yard touchdown in the first quarter and a 22-yarder in the third quarter. It is his third career game with two touchdown receptions. 

EDELMAN HAS SEVENTH CAREER GAME WITH 10-PLUS CATCHES
Edelman had his seventh regular season game with at least 10 catches, finishing with 11 receptions for 97 yards. It is the first time in his career he has had back-to-back games with 10-plus receptions after recording 11 receptions in the season-opener vs. Pittsburgh. 

EDELMAN HAS AT LEAST SEVEN RECEPTIONS IN SIX STRAIGHT GAMES
WR Julian Edelman increased his streak to six straight games with at least seven receptions, dating back to the last four games he played in in 2014, and the first two games of 2015. He had 11 receptions in the win vs. Pittsburgh in the season-opener and 11 receptions vs. Buffalo.  

DION LEWIS SCORES FIRST TOUCHDOWN AS A PATRIOT
RB Dion Lewis scored the Patriots first rushing touchdown of 2015 on a 6-yard run in the first quarter to give the Patriots a 14-7 lead. It was Lewis' third career rushing touchdown. It was Lewis' first rushing touchdown since a 17-yard touchdown run on Dec. 23, 2012 vs. Washington while he was with Philadelphia. 

LEWIS SETS CAREER HIGH IN RECEIVING YARDS
Lewis caught six receptions for 98 yards, a single game career high. His previous best was one reception for 24 yards in 2012. 

MACLOM BUTLER INTERCEPTS FIRST PASS IN THE REGULAR SEASON
Malcolm Butler intercepted Buffalo QB Tyrod Taylor in the first quarter to give the Patriots a first down at the Buffalo 30-yard line. It was Butler's first career interception in the regular season. 

MICHAEL WILLIAMS CATCHES FIRST NFL PASS
TE Michael Williams caught his first NFL pass on a 15-yard reception from Tom Brady in the second quarter. 

GOSTKOWSKI DRILLS HIS FIRST FIELD GOAL OF THE YEAR FROM 47 YARDS
K Stephen Gostkowski was successful from 47 yards out on his first field goal of the 2015 season in the second quarter. 

GOSTKOWSKI DRILLS A 50-YARDER IN THE THIRD QUARTER
Gostkowski added on to his team record with his 14th career 50-yard field goal with a 50-yarder in the third quarter. Adam Vinatieri is second with eight 50-yard field goals. 

CHANDLER JONES HAS SETS CAREER HIGH WITH THREE SACKSSIXTH TWO-SACK GAME
Chandler Jones set a career-high with his first career three sack game. He had two second quarter sacks and an 11-yard sack in the third quarter. It his sixth career multiple sack game and the 33rd time in team history that the Patriots have had a player finish with at least three sacks. The last three sack game by a Patriots player was by Rob Ninkovich at Buffalo on Oct. 12, 2014. 

HARMON RECORD SECOND STRAIGHT GAME WITH AN INTERCEPTION
Duron Harmon intercepted Buffalo QB Tyrod Taylor with five seconds to play in the first half. It was his second straight game with an interception after recording one in the season-opener vs. Pittsburgh. Harmon matched his career-high of two interceptions in a season. He had two interceptions as a rookie in 2013. 

LB JAMIE COLLINS SET CAREER-HIGH WITH 2.5 SACKS
LB Jamie Collins set a career high with 2.5 sacks. His previous best was a two sack game at San Diego on Dec. 7, 2014.

LINEUP NOTES

JOSH KLINE MOVES TO RIGHT GUARD
Josh Kline started the game at right guard after starting at left guard vs. Pittsburgh in the season-opener. It was his third career start at right guard. Kline started two games at right guard in 2014.

FOURTH ROUND PICK SHAQ MASON GETS START AT RIGHT GUARD
2015 fourth-round draft pick G Shaq Mason made his first NFL start when he lined up at right guard.
