Tom Brady is the best quarterback in football until proven otherwise.

The reigning NFL MVP is the foundation for what is annually an elite offense in New England.

But a quarterback -- even the G.O.A.T. – can’t do it alone. As such, ESPN ranks the “offensive arsenals” of all 32 teams heading into 2018.

New England comes in at No. 8 on the list after an offseason that saw the team move on from Brandin Cooks and Danny Amendola.

“Tom Brady will still make it all work, of course, but the Pats have downgraded from an embarrassment of riches to mere riches,” ESPN writes.

The Boston Globe is doing a series of previews of New England’s competition in the AFC East. Today’s look at the Dolphins says it’s time for quarterback Ryan Tannehill to prove himself in Miami.

The Boston Herald writes about Patriots rookie cornerback Keion Crossen, who’s been hard at work all summer long in Foxborough.

ESPN.com’s AFC East Q&A continues with a look at who is on the “hottest seat” in the division, with Tannehill’s name coming up yet again.

Sports Illustrated has named Brady as one of its “Fashionable 50,” a list of the most stylish athletes in the world.

NBC Sports Boston is doing a series on the Patriots “signature plays,” kicking off with a high-low crossers combo in the passing game.

USA Today looks at how the Patriots can get the most out of first-round rookie running back Sony Michel.
