The Patriots penultimate practice in front of fans wrapped up on Monday and many of the receivers struggled to catch the ball in wet conditions.

ESPN.com chatted with Eric Decker, who is doing his best to roll with the punches after just a week in New England. The Boston Globe had more about the tough day for the receivers.

Tom Brady appeared on WEEI Sports Radio in Boston Tuesday morning and said his priorities are the same as Bill Belichick's: to win. He also expects to play beyond the 2019 season. Speaking of Brady, he's wearing a new helmet the last couple of days in camp, which might mean something in the future.

The Globe also has Cyrus Jones battling back from injury and adversity as he fights to earn a roster spot in his third season. Dont'a Hightower is using the preseason to knock a little rust off after missing the last half of last season.

The Boston Herald says the Patriots pass rush has been a focal point this summer. The notebook looks at Isaiah Wynn, who is anxious for some playing time, and first-year player Keionta Davis.

NBC Sports Boston says Belichick wasn't willing to make a big deal out of the changes to the kickoff rules.

WEEI.com looks at Philadelphia's arrival for Thursday's preseason game and discusses tackle Lane Johnson, who continues to talk about the Patriots in an unflattering light.
