Tennessee Titans Head Coach Mike Vrabel, Quarterback Marcus Mariota and select players comment on their upcoming game against the New England Patriots.

On playing the Patriots...

"There’s a lot of teams that have played these guys, and it’s not easy. I can’t cover (Julian) Edelman, I can’t sack Tom (Brady). Dean, bless his heart, he is not going to be able to cover (Rob) Gronkowski. We have to get our players as ready as we can for the game to get them prepared."

- Titans Head Coach Mike Vrabel

"This is a big game for us. Everyone will be ready. You've got to be prepared against this team. You can't make any mistakes. You make mistakes you're not going to win. We just have to be real disciplined and play our game."

- Titans Running Back Dion Lewis

"It’s a big opportunity. We have a chance to continue to build off what we have done, and it’s the next opponent in our season, and we’re looking forward to it."

- Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota

"We know that they will be very prepared. They are going to be coached really hard and they will play really hard. We have to control what we can control with our work ethic, how hard we play and executing the fundamentals as New England is known to do. Should be a matchup of similar styles of coaching."

- Titans Cornerback Logan Ryan

On the Patriots defense...

"You really are not sure what you are going to get. They do a good job of mixing fronts and coverages, and just doing a lot of different things. So we have to prepare for everything, and just make sure we are on our details."

- Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota

"They’ve created a bunch of (turnovers), and they’ve created short field position for their offense. They’ve even scored a couple of times. So when you have a defense that is kind of ball-hawking and kind of finding ways to create turnovers you have to really be on your stuff and making sure you are taking care of the ball."

- Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota

On Tom Brady...

"He’s done an incredible job and I think he has kind of laid the blueprint out for a lot of young guys. … When you are playing into your 40s I think it says a lot about how he is taking care of his body, how he has done it. Because the lifespan in the NFL is so short, so for him to exceed that and more says a lot about what he has done."

- Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota

"We're going against a hall of fame quarterback that's really good. We have to be sound in our defense and make plays."

- Titans Linebacker Jayon Brown

On Bill Belichick...

"I can’t deny the fact that I played there for eight years, and we had a lot of success. Bill was my coach – he traded me to Kansas City, and we didn’t talk for a couple of months, maybe a year, and then we became friends and I used him as a resource when I started my coaching career and still talk to him a lot now. This week we are competitors – we are always competitors, as I am still coaching and so is he."

- Titans Head Coach Mike Vrabel

On Tom Brady playing at 41...

"It does amaze me. It doesn't surprise me. I just know the time he puts in. It's a full commitment for him to be the best quarterback he can be. I've seen that personally for four years and I know he's sticking to that regimen that got him to where he's at in this league."
