Jets' Ellis back at practice, but is still limited by broken hand

New York Jets defensive end Shaun Ellis has returned to practice on a limited basis with a broken left hand.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- New York Jets defensive end Shaun Ellis has returned to practice on a limited basis with a broken left hand.

Ellis, one of the Jets' top pass rushers, was injured early in the team's victory at San Diego on Sunday. He missed practice Wednesday, but was on the field in a cast Thursday and is expected to play in the AFC title game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Safety Kerry Rhodes bumped his knee and was limited during practice, as were linebackers Bart Scott (left ankle) and David Harris (right ankle). All are expected to play.

Fullback Tony Richardson (ribs) and cornerback Donald Strickland (broken finger) were full participants, as were quarterback Mark Sanchez (knee) and wide receiver Danny Woodhead (knee).
