DENVER (May 2, 2006) -- The Denver Broncos have signed linebacker Nate Webster to a one-year contract.

The 6-foot, 240-pound Webster played his first four years in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after they selected him in the third round of the 2000 Draft. He spent the past two seasons with Cincinnati, but injured a knee early in 2004 and missed most of that season.

He played only one game last season.
