Solomon writes that Mangini draws his success from his varied past experiences from Australian Football to his time working with former Patriots defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel. "Hopefully, I can build on the experience I had with him. Build on the success that he had, some of the mistakes that he may have made, that he shared with me, things he wished he would have done differently," said Mangini.
