CLEVELAND (Nov. 20, 2005) -- Miami quarterback Sage Rosenfels was scheduled to make his second career start on Sunday, replacing the injured Gus Frerotte against the Cleveland Browns.
Rosenfels, who came in with one passing attempt this season, made his only other start on Jan. 2, 2004, at Baltimore. He threw one touchdown pass and three interceptions in a 30-23 loss to the Ravens.
Frerotte sprained his right index finger in a loss to New England last week, and was limited in practice this week. He was Miami's backup on Sunday.
The 27-year-old Rosenfels has played in only 10 games as a pro since being drafted by Washington in the fourth round in 2001.
