Does the clinic package include the preseason performance?

No. The preseason performance package is separate. Please complete the preseason performance registration form if your junior cheerleader would like to participate in both Junior Cheer opportunities.

Can parents or guardians stay to watch?

Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay. You may bring a chair and watch the clinic.

Are refunds available?

No refunds or partial refunds are provided for any reason.

Where can I purchase additional apparel?

All Junior Cheer Clinic participants will receive access to a password‑protected online storefront where you can purchase extra apparel, accessories, and swag.

When will participants receive their clinic items (shirt, poms, bag, poster)?

All items included in the clinic package will be distributed on the day of the event.

Where can I park?

Parking details will be emailed as the event approaches.

How will I pick up my child, and can someone else pick up my child?

You will check in with event staff on the day of the clinic, and they will bring your child to you at pickup. If someone other than you will be picking up your child, please inform the registration team at check‑in on the day of the event so we can document it properly.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers are recommended. Hair should be pulled back.

Should participants bring anything?

A water bottle with their name on it. All other materials are provided.

Can my child participate if they have no cheer experience?

Yes! The clinic is designed for all skill levels, including beginners.

Can siblings participate or watch?

Siblings may watch with a parent/guardian but cannot participate unless registered.

Will photos or videos be taken?

Yes. Photos and videos may be taken for team use. If you prefer that your child not be photographed, simply do not complete the photo‑access link that will be provided.

How will updates be communicated?

All updates will be sent via email to the address used during registration.

What happens if I submit the wrong shirt size?

All shirt sizes submitted in the registration form are final. We will do our best to make sure every junior cheerleader has a T‑shirt they feel comfortable in, but we cannot guarantee availability if the size needed is different from the one originally selected.

Can my junior cheerleaders stay together or as a team?

Groups will be assigned by age to ensure safety and appropriate instruction. If your child or team would like to stay with a specific group, please let our staff know on the day of the event, and we will do our best to accommodate them when possible.
