Club Staff

Game days - Club/Banquet Staff will serve at high-end food stands by providing meals and drinks to club guests. In addition to this, they will also act as cashiers.

Function days - Club/Banquet Staff will act as servers; addressing all aspects of the banquet environment including meal and drink preparation, delivery, and bussing.

Regardless of the type of event, Club/Banquet Staff will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service towards the guest. **Responsibilities:

  • Open sales stands by checking inventory, stocking utensils and dinnerware, and preparing condiments
  • Receive orders from customers at high-end point of sale stands
  • Professionally communicate orders and requests from guests to cooks
  • Assist cooks with order preparation and final appearance
  • Execute cash and credit transactions
  • Identify and restock food and non-food items within stands
  • Maintain proper appearance of stands
  • Assist bus staff with maintenance of dining area cleanliness
  • Shut down of sales stands by re-stocking where necessary and ensuring surrounding areas are left in immaculate condition
  • Reconcile cash and deliver to club level supervisor
  • Prepare and serve at action buffet stations
  • Service guests in all dining aspects when acting as an attendant during specified events
  • Other duties as requiredQualifications:
  • Minimum of one year experience in food and beverage industry; specifically, banquet or restaurant service
  • General understanding of concession sales: product preparation and delivery
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High quality customer service skills
  • Read and understand instructions in written English
  • Comprehend verbal instructions in English
  • Speak and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to safely maneuver up and down flights of stairs/steps, repetitively
  • Ability to maneuver within work spaces
  • Ability to conduct currency/credit exchanges
  • Ability to stock shelves with shelf height not to exceed 12 feet
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks
  • Ability to fulfill mandated work hours
