INDIANAPOLIS -- Bryan Stork was a leader among his offensive line teammates at Florida State. As such, the four former Seminoles at the Combine this week at Lucas Oil Stadium not surprisingly have had plenty of good things to say about the now-New England center.

But Friday, FSU defensive tackle Eddie Goldman recalled some practice field battles with Stork in Tallahassee.

"He's a great guy," Goldman said with a smile. "Once he locked those hands on, there was no letting go."

Another defensive tackle prospect, Iowa's Carl Davis, was selling himself as a physical, disruptive interior player when he was asked whether he'd watched Vince Wilfork and the Patriots recent postseason run.

"He's been there a while," Davis said. "He does what he does well. He can plug some gaps. He's a great player."
