From the Hart: Ochocinco an option?

Chad Ochocinco could play a bigger role in the Super Bowl.

With the possibility that the Patriots offense could be limited by the injury to Rob Gronkowski, other skill players could be asked to step up on Sunday evening.

Though he only caught 15 passes and one touchdown during the regular season, and the fact that he was even inactive for the AFC Championship Game, could Chad Ochocinco be an impact player in Super Bowl XLVI?

"Chad has done a great job all year of accepting his role, practicing hard, trying to get better every week. You'll have to see on Sunday," Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien said. "But I've been very, very proud to be associated with Chad. He's a good guy who's accepted his role."

For more on Ochocinco, who spent a long period talking to reporters at Media Day on Tuesday at Lucas Oil Stadium, check out Erik Scalavino's tremendous piece over on Patriots.com.
