News Blitz 7/14: Deflategate dominance continues

All of the day's Patriots news in one convenient place.

For well over a year the Deflategate controversy has dominated the news and that's certainly true once again today after Wednesday's news that Tom Brady attempt to have his case reheard in the Second Circuit denied.

The Boston Globe believes the case is extremely unfit for the Supreme Court, which would be Brady's next step in the appeal process. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg could be the key to that happening.

If Brady is indeed forced to sit out the first four games, ESPNBoston.com believes Jimmy Garoppolo’s command of the offense has grown and should serve him well as the replacement.

ESPN.com wonders if there’s any other logical choice for AFC East MVP than Brady.
