FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots and 890 ESPN Boston announced today that each Friday this football season will be "Patriots Friday" on 890 ESPN Boston. Patriots Friday will officially kick off on September 8, two days before the Patriots host their division rivals, the Buffalo Bills, in their 2006 regular season opener.

ESPN Radio Boston listeners will be treated to the sage player perspective of 14-year veteran and offensive co-captain Troy Brown and the always light-hearted observations of Matt Light. Other special guests will include opposing team executives and writers who will offer insight on the Patriots' upcoming opponent.
