The New England Patriots announced today that DL Ron Brace has been activated to the 53-man roster from the reserve/physically unable to perform list.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Patriots announced today that DL Ron Brace has been activated to the 53-man roster from the reserve/physically unable to perform list. Brace was placed on the list on Sept. 3, 2011.

Brace, 24, is a veteran of two NFL seasons with New England after joining the team as a second round draft pick (40th overall) out of Boston College in 2009. Brace, 6-3, 330 pounds, has played in 22 games with seven starts and has registered 37 total tackles. Last season, he played in 13 games with five starts, finishing with 28 total tackles.
