From 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, New England Patriots wide receiver Deion Branch will attend Boston Children's Hospital Family Day to help spread some cheer to the patients and their families staying at the hospital. The program is attended by ambulatory patients in wheel chairs and go-carts, accompanied by their I.V. poles and attendants. This will be the 10th annual family day event at the hospital and is something the children are very excited about.
Children will be entertained by puppeteers, clowns, magicians, jugglers, storytellers and face-painters. Pat Patriot, the team's official mascot, and second-year wide receiver Deion Branch will also participate in the festivities.
