We're breaking down the top segments from Thursday's edition of the PFW in Progress radio show so you don't miss a thing.

0:02:00 - PFW took center stage immediately following the conclusion of the Patriots 7th day of training camp. Fred, Paul, Andy, and Erik came directly off the practice field following media availability to take part in today's program.

0:17:00 - Dion Lewis was a topic of discussion on today's show. The fact the Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola are both not participating in practice, but are visible to the media is causing concern about the condition of Lewis.

0:30:00 - Andy Hart feels that an extension for Patriots linebacker Rob Ninkovich may be in the works. Ninkovich and Belichick were spotted chatting for an extended period following practice and the linebacker has had a solid start to camp.

1:01:00 - Paul Perillo feels that Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is having the best training camp of his career.

1:30:00 - The competition at wide receiver has been an interesting story line of training camp. With Amendola and Edelman both out of practice, it has given others the opportunity to shine. Who is on the roster and who has work left to do?

1:45:00 - The competition for the third tight end spot, otherwise known in the Patriots offense as the "blocking tight end" seems to be another wide open competition.
