After losingShane Vereen to the Giants via free agency, the Patriots may be making arrangements to replace him. According to ESPN.com's Field Yates, former Lions running back Reggie Bush was in town for a visit on Friday.
Bush is a dynamic, pass-catching back with a diverse skill set. He's been a 1,000-yard rusher during his career and also can catch the ball as well as any back in the game. The problem has been injuries, and various nicks limited him to just 297 yards on 76 carries and 40 catches for 253 yards in Detroit last year.
