The Patriots continue to take a look at some of the top quarterback prospects in this year's class as part of the team's pre-draft process.
According to NFL Network, on Tuesday that had New England meeting with LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger.
This comes after the Patriots have reportedly previously met with top prospects like Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater and Blake Bortles.
Mettenberger is a 6-5, 224-pound talent who is currently working his way back from a torn ACL suffered last November. According to NFLDraftScout.com the strong-armed, pocket passer is considered a third-round prospect and among the top half-dozen QBs in the draft.
