FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson has been named the Offensive Rookie of the Month for November by the National Football League. Henderson is the sixth Patriots player to win a rookie of the month honor and the third offensive player to earn the award. Henderson joins CB Christian Gonzalez (September 2023), QB Mac Jones (November 2021), DE Chandler Jones (September 2012), LB Jerod Mayo (October 2008) and WR Deion Branch (September 2002).
Henderson helped the Patriots to a 4-0 November record with 65 rushing attempts for 330 yards, a 5.1-yard rushing average and 5 total touchdowns. In the 28-23 victory at Tampa Bay on Nov. 9, Henderson scored on a 55-yard touchdown run in the third quarter and a 69-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to become the first Patriots player to have two 50-yard touchdown runs in a game. He also finished the game with his first 100-yard game with 147 yards on 14 carries for a 10.5-yard rushing average. Henderson followed that performance by accounting for three touchdowns in the win vs. the New York Jets on Nov. 13 when he rushed for 2 touchdowns and had 1 receiving touchdown. He joined TE Rob Gronkowski as the only other rookie to account for three touchdowns in a regular season game.
It is the seventh time in 2025 that the Patriots have been honored by the NFL. The Patriots have earned five AFC Player of the Week honors and two Player of the Month awards.
