And as it turns out, he's got a mean running man in his groove arsenal.
With Friday being International Dance Day, it's no surprise New England's loveable tight end got in on the "Running Man Challenge" and brought his family along. In a video posted to his Instagram, he and his brothers are putting in work at the gym, but it is game over when the music starts. Forget the box jumps and the medicine ball – it's time to dance.
It's safe to say the Gronk family knows how to get down – as if there was any doubt to begin with.
