FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – As a part of the Pawtriots initiative, the Kraft family and the New England Patriots Foundation are proud to announce a Dog Adoption "TailGate", set to take place on Sunday, October 19 in the Patriot Place Plaza.

The New England Patriots Foundation kicked off the Pawtriots initiative at this year's 2025 Patriots Training Camp. The Pawtriots program was created to promote pet adoption and raise awareness about the growing need for loving homes for animals in shelters. The Dog Adoption Day launch event took place on the first day of training camp and featured over 40 adoptable dogs from local animal shelters, with all of them finding their forever homes.

Following up on the success of the Dog Adoption Day, four local animal shelters will be on site with adoptable dogs, giving fans the opportunity to meet and adopt a new furry friend.

The "TailGate" will be a family-friendly away game watch party focused on dog adoption. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the Patriots vs. Tennessee Titans game on an outdoor screen kicking off at 1:00 PM.

In addition to the game and dog adoptions, the event will feature appearances by Patriots Alumni and Super Bowl Champions, Brian Hoyer and David Andrews; Pat Patriot, and Patriots Cheerleaders as well as music, face painting, airbrush tattoos, interactive games, and food trucks.

The Patriots Foundation also invites fans to bring pet food, pet toys, collars and leashes to donate to local shelters and support animals in need.

The event starts at 11:30 AM, and fans are encouraged to stay and cheer on the Patriots through the end of the game.
