News Blitz 3/8: Patriots pick up Rob Gronkowski's option

Even though Peyton Manning's retirement dominated the day, there was still some activity involving the Patriots. Most notably, to no one's surprise the team decided to pick up the remaining $10 million option bonus to ensure that Rob Gronkowski would remain under contract for the next four years. Gronk's tweet about the news sparked some discussion.
