The Patriots are in the midst of their offseason work at Gillette Stadium and with many players in and around Foxborough a few have taken some time to chat with the media over the past few weeks.

On Tuesday a pair of players – kicker Stephen Gostkowski and fullback James Develin – met with reporters to discuss their offseasons.

The Boston Globe writes that free agency was a weird experience for Gostkowski. The Boston Herald says Gostkowski loves the challenge of being a Patriot. The Providence Journal says the kicker hopes to finish his career in New England. NBC Sports Boston has Gostkowski expressing the desire to continue handling kickoff duties after the Patriots drafted Jake Bailey last month. Bailey is a punter who also can be used to kick off.

Develin was also available to the media on Tuesday and the fullback said he was not angry about being left out of the Pro Bowl, largely because he got to play in a much better bowl.

Rookie first-round pick N’Keal Harry signed his contract. The Boston Sports Journal says opportunity is knocking for another Patriots wide receiver – Dontrelle Inman.
