When Tom Brady isn't running the show on the football field, he is known to be a fan of golf, and as it turns out, the pros of the game are happy to have him on the course.
With the Dell Technologies Championship taking place Labor Day Weekend, some of the sports biggest names are in town, and a few made it a point to come to Foxborough to cheer on Tom and the Patriots against the Giants Thursday night.
Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas and Dustin Johnson weren't the only ones planning to take in the game. Bubba Watson and Keegan Bradley spent the night at Gillette Stadium and watched the team warm up from the sidelines.
Bubba and Keegan met Robert Kraft and Coach Bill Belichick and stuck around to see the team make its run out onto the field. As it turns out, both guys are pretty big fans of Tom.
Keegan was born and raised in New England, growing up in Vermont, and needless to say he's a huge Patriots fan. He and his wife went to Super Bowl XLIX and Super Bowl LI, and Keegan said he tries to make it to at least a game or two in New England every season.
"Everything that Tom Brady does or the Patriots do I try to copy. They do it at the highest level. I just love them," Keegan said.
Not only does Keegan appreciate what the team and Tom do on his field, he likes what he sees of Tom on the golf course as well. A few years back, Keegan said Tom would be in his dream golf foursome, and since then, they've had the chance to play together.
Tom didn't disappoint.
"He's just such a good guy. He's really fun to be around and my hero. My number one all time sports hero," Keegan said. "He's a really good golfer and obviously an incredible athlete."
It's safe to say you're not alone in that, Keegan.
