Not a whole lot of Patriots news circulating Thursday morning. Tom Brady continues to dominate the headlines, and the makeup of the roster will be in focus in the coming weeks.

Several stories regarding the quarterback's future appear today, starting with the Boston Herald, which wonders if the Patriots could trade for one of three quarterbacks should Brady leave. Sticking with Brady, some quarterbacks believe the team's offensive system would accompany him if in fact he were to go elsewhere.

Adam Schefter told WEEI that Brady's recent admission that he’s spoken with the Patriots did not include any contract talks, and that the team may not be able to make any rumored $30 million payouts.

The Athletic says that Chandler Jones was initially stung by his trade to the Cardinals but now looks back fondly on his time in New England.

MassLive.com looks at the Patriots roster crunch given Brady’s uncertainty moving forward.

WEEI.com says one way to keep Brady is to find a way to lure Rob Gronkowski out of retirement.
