FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced today that they have traded WR Ja'Lynn Polk to the New Orleans Saints. Terms of the trade were not disclosed.
In addition, the Patriots announced that DB Kobee Minor and LB Mark Robinson have been elevated from the practice squad to the active roster.
Minor, 23, was drafted by New England in the seventh-round of the 2025 NFL draft out of Memphis with the 257th overall pick. The 5-foot-11, 188-pounder, was released by New England on Aug. 26 and signed to the practice squad on Aug. 27.
Robinson, 26, was signed by New England to the practice squad on Aug. 28, 2025, and was elevated to the active roster prior to the 2025 season-opener, seeing action on special teams and finishing with 2 total tackles against the Raiders. He is a veteran of three NFL seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers after originally joining the team as a seventh-round draft pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Mississippi. The 5-foot-11, 235-pounder, has played in 39 NFL games with four starts and has 34 total tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble and 13 special teams tackles.
Polk, 24, was drafted by New England in the second-round of the 2024 NFL Draft with the 37th pick overall out of Washington. The 6-foot-1, 203-pounder, played in 15 games with 7 starts as a rookie last year and finished with 12 receptions for 87 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was placed on injured reserve by New England on Aug. 26, 2025.
