Those who follow Patrick Chung on Instagram know he sometimes laces up his skates and hits the ice during the offseason, and on Friday, he put his hockey skills to the test. Patrick joined the Boston Bruins on the ice for practice at Warrior Ice Arena, and up against Boston's finest skaters, Patrick learned firsthand how fun and tough an NHL practice can be.
The Patriots Snapchat took fans behind the scenes to see Patrick rip shots on net, learn stick tricks and meet the likes of Zdeno Chara and Anton Khudobin. Though a few of his shots were knocked away during practice, Patrick said the experience was a blast.
"Ain't no messing around out here. These guys are flying. I had a good time though," Patrick said on the Patriots Snapchat.
