PATRIOTS CLINCH FIRST PLAYOFF BERTH SINCE THE 2021 SEASON
The Patriots clinched their first playoff berth since the 2021 season and their 29th postseason appearance overall. Twenty-three of those playoff berths have come in the 32 seasons since Robert Kraft purchased the team in 1994, a dramatic contrast to the six total playoff berths the team earned in its first 34 years of existence.
PATRIOTS REACH 12 WINS IN A SEASON FOR 14TH TIME IN TEAM HISTORY
The Patriots earned their 12th win of the season and their 14th 12-win season in team history, which is third all-time since 1970, behind San Francisco (16) and Dallas (15).

PATRIOTS IMPROVE TO 4-0 IN PRIMETIME GAMES IN 2025
The Patriots improved to a 4-0 record in primetime games with the win over Baltimore. The Patriots won at Buffalo, 23-20, in a Sunday Night game on Oct. 5, beat the N.Y. Jets, 27-14, in a Thursday Night game on Nov. 13 at Gillette Stadium and beat the New York Giants at Gillette Stadium, 33-15 in a Monday Night Football game on Dec. 1.
PATRIOTS IMPROVE TO A 7-0 ROAD RECORD
The win over Baltimore improved the Patriots to a 7-0 road record. The Patriots have started with a 7-0 record on the road two times in team history. The Patriots are the only team in 2025 that is undefeated on the road.

VRABEL EARNS FOURTH PLAYOFF BERTH AS A HEAD COACH
Head Coach Mike Vrabel has now led his team to the playoffs for the fourth time as a head coach after the Patriots clinched a playoff berth with the win against Baltimore. He led Tennessee to the playoffs three times during his six seasons as head coach of the Titans. Vrabel is now the fourth Patriots head coach to lead his team to the playoffs in his first full season as head coach, joining Ron Meyer (1982), Raymond Berry (1985 was his first full season as head coach) and Pete Carroll (1997).
VRABEL HAS SECOND 12-WIN SEASON AS A HEAD COACH
Vrabel earned his second 12-win season as a head coach. He led the Tennessee Titans to a 12-5 record in 2021.
VRABEL WINS HIS FIRST SEVEN ROAD GAMES AS HEAD COACH OF THE PATRIOTS
Vrabel has won his first seven road games with New England to tie Wade Phillips (2007) and Jim Caldwell (2009). George Seifert (1989-90) holds the NFL record after winning his first 16 road games.

MAYE HAS FIRST CAREER 300-YARD GAME
QB Drake Maye had his first career 300-yard game after finishing with 380 yards. It is the first 300-yard game for the Patriots since QB Mac Jones had 316 yards passing vs. Philadelphia on Sept. 10, 2023. Maye's previous best was 294 yards at Cincinnati on Nov. 23, 2025.
MAYE HAS 10th GAME IN 2025 WITH AT LEAST TWO TOUCHDOWN PASSES
Maye had his 10th game in 2025 with at least 2 touchdown passes. The Patriots record for most games with at least 2 touchdown passes in a single season is 14 by Tom Brady in 2011 and 2007.
MAYE HAS THIRD GAME WITH 30 COMPLETIONS
Maye completed a career-high 31 passes. He had 30 completions vs. Las Vegas (9/7/25) and vs. the LA Rams (11/17/24).
DIGGS REACHES 100 YARDS RECEIVING FOR FOURTH TIME IN 2025
WR Stefon Diggs had his fourth 100-yard game of the 2025 season and his 40th 100-yard game of his career after finishing with 9 receptions for 138 yards. He had 101 yards vs. Carolina (9/28), 146 yards at Buffalo (10/5) and 105 yards vs. NY Jets (11/13). His 40 100-yard receiving games are tied for the third-most among all active NFL Players. He is the first Patriot to reach four 100-yard receiving games in a season since TE Rob Gronkowski in 2015, and the first Patriots receiver to do so since Julian Edelman in 2013.

HAWKINS FORCED A FUMBLE
S Jaylinn Hawkins forced a fumble on RB Derrick Henry that was recovered by S Craig Woodson at the New England 32-yard line in the first quarter. It is the second career forced fumble by Hawkins and first since the 2022 season vs. Cleveland on Oct. 2 when he played for Atlanta.
GIBBENS REACHES 10 TACKLES
LB Jack Gibbens had his second 10 tackle game of the season after finishing with 10 tackles against the Ravens. He also had 10 at Tampa Bay on Nov. 9. It is his eighth career game with at least 10 tackles.
CHAISSON FORCES A FUMBLE TO HELP SEAL GAME
LB K'Lavon Chaisson forced a fumble after a short pass to WR Zay Flowers that was recovered by CB Marcus Jones with 1:48 to play to help seal the win.
LINEUP NOTES
• LB Chad Muma made his debut with the Patriots on the game's opening kickoff.
• T Vederian Lowe started at left tackle in place of Will Campbell. Lowe has started for the third straight week.
• T Thayer Munford Jr. entered the game at right tackle when Morgan Moses left the game with a knee injury in the first quarter. Moses returned to action late in the second quarter.
• OL Ben Brown saw action as a tackle-eligible tight end throughout the game.
• S Brenden Schooler entered the game on defense in the second quarter. He played one snap on defense in the win against the New York Jets on Nov. 13 and two snaps on defense at Buffalo on Oct. 5.
