My Cause, My Cleats: Your Patriots chosen charities

This Sunday, the Patriots will be wearing custom cleats for the charities of their choice as part of the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats initiative. The causes chosen reflect the Patriots passions off the field -- whether they have personal ties to the cause or want to use their platform to bring awareness to one. Patriots coach Bill Belichick and several Patriots players created customized cleats to honor a nonprofit organization and a cause that has a special meaning to them as part of the 'My Cause My Cleats' campaign. On Monday, Nov. 27, the players got their first look at their cleats, which they will wear when the Patriots take on the Buffalo Bills this Sunday.
