Stefon Diggs was signed by the New England Patriots as an unrestricted free agent from Houston on March 28, 2025 ... Originally drafted by Minnesota in the fifth round (146th overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft ... Acquired by Buffalo in a trade with Minnesota along with a 2020 seventh-round pick in exchange for a 2020 first, fifth and sixth-round pick and a 2021 fourth-round pick (3/20/20) ... Acquired by Houston in a trade with Buffalo along with a 2024 sixth-round pick and a 2025 fifth-round pick in exchange for a 2025 second-round pick (4/3/24).

  • Registered six consecutive seasons with over 1,000 yards receiving (2018-23) and four consecutive seasons with over 100 receptions (2020-23).

  • Turned in his third 100-plus yard game of the season by catching 10 passes for 119 yards and 1 touchdown vs. New Orleans (10/28), becoming the second-fastest Viking to reach 3,000 career receiving yards in his 48th career game.

2017 (14/14, 2/2 – MINNESOTA)

  • Played in 14 games with 14 starts and totaled 64 catches for 849 yards and 8 touchdowns. Added 8 rushing attempts for 13 yards.
  • Started in the Divisional round vs. New Orleans (1/14) and the NFC Championship at Philadelphia (1/21) and ended the postseason with 14 catches for 207 yards and 1 touchdown.
  • Hit season highs in receptions (8) and receiving yards (173) vs. Tampa Bay (9/24). Also scored 2 touchdowns: a 17-yard touchdown reception from QB Case Keenum in the second quarter and 59-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter.
  • Inactive vs. Green Bay (10/15) and vs. Baltimore (10/22) due to injury.
  • Helped the Vikings clinch the NFC North title with 5 catches for 30 yards and his sixth touchdown of the season vs. Cincinnati (12/17).

  • Ended the season with a 75% catch rate, which ranked fifth in the NFL.
