PATRIOTS SECURE FIRST WINNING SEASON SINCE 2021
The Patriots improved to a 9-2 record and secured their first winning season since the 2021 season when they finished with a 10-7 record. It is the Patriots 36th winning season since the 1970 merger, second only to the 41 winning seasons by Pittsburgh. It also marks the 25th winning season in the 32 seasons under the ownership of Robert Kraft.

PATRIOTS IMPROVE TO A 3-0 RECORD IN THE AFC EAST
The Patriots improved to a 3-0 record in the AFC East and the best start in division play since starting with a 5-0 division record against AFC East opponents in 2019.

PATRIOTS START WITH A 9-2 RECORD OR BETTER FOR 10TH TIME
The Patriots improved to a 9-2 record with the 27-14 win against the Jets. The Patriots have started with a 92 record or better 10 times in team history: 2007 (11-0), 2019, 2015 and 2004 (10-1) and 2025, 2017, 2016, 2014, 2010 and 2003 (9-2).

PATRIOTS WIN EIGHTH STRAIGHT GAME
The 27-14 win over the New York Jets is the Patriots eighth straight victory, the longest winning streak since starting the 2019 season with an 8-0 record.

PATRIOTS HELD THE JETS TO A SEASON LOW 116 YARDS PASSING
The Patriots defense held the Jets to season-low 116 yards passing, the lowest total since holding the Chicago Bears to 69 yards passing on Nov. 10, 2024.

VRABEL HAS FIFTH WINNING SEASON IN SEVEN YEARS AS A HEAD COACH
Head coach Mike Vrabel earned his fifth winning season in seven years as a head coach. He had four winning seasons as head coach with Tennessee with a 9-7 record in 2018, 9-7 record in 2019, 11-5 record in 2020 and a 12-5 record in 2021. He became the sixth Patriots coach to secure a winning record in his first full year as head coach.

VRABEL IS SIXTH HEAD COACH SINCE 1970 TO WIN EIGHT STRAIGHT IN FIRST YEAR
Vrabel became the sixth head coach since 1970 to record an eight-or-more game winning streak in his first season with a team, joining Jim Caldwell (14 consecutive wins with Indianapolis in 2009), Steve Mariucci (11 with San Francisco in 1997), Ted Marchibroda (nine with the Baltimore Colts in 1975), Andy Reid (nine with Kansas City in 2013) and Jim Harbaugh (eight with San Francisco in 2011).

HENDERSON HAS BACK-TO-BACK GAMES WITH 2 RUSHING TDS
RB TreVeyon Henderson scored on a pair of 7-yard touchdown runs in the second quarter. It is his second straight game with 2 rushing touchdowns after scoring on a 55-yard run and a 69-yard run at Tampa Bay. He is the first Patriots running back with at least 2 touchdowns in back-to-back weeks since RB Damien Harris had 3 rushing touchdowns vs. Buffalo on Dec. 26, 2021, followed by a 2 rushing touchdowns vs. Jacksonville on Jan. 2, 2022. Henderson is the first Patriots rookie with 2 rushing touchdowns in back-to-back weeks since Curtis Martin in 1995 when he had a streak of three games with 2 rushing touchdowns and then later in the year back-to-back games with 2 rushing touchdowns.

HENDERSON HAD HIS FIRST TOUCHDOWN RECEPTION
Henderson scored on a 6-yard touchdown pass from QB Drake Maye in the third quarter for his first touchdown reception.

HENDERSON ACCOUNTED FOR THREE TOUCHDOWNS
Henderson scored three total touchdowns with 2 rushing touchdowns and 1 receiving touchdown. The only other Patriots rookie to account for three touchdowns in a game was TE Rob Gronkowski when he had 3 receiving touchdowns at Pittsburgh on Nov. 14, 2010. Henderson is the first Patriots player with 3 total touchdowns in a game since RB Damien Harris had 3 rushing touchdowns vs. Buffalo on Dec. 26, 2021. Henderson is the fourth player in franchise history to record 2 rushing touchdowns and 1 receiving touchdowns in a single game. He joins RB Rex Burkhead (vs. Las Vegas - 9/27/20), Sam Cunningham (at Buffalo - 11/23/75) and Billy Lott (at Oakland - 12/9/61).

DIGGS HAS THIRD 100-YARD GAME OF 2025
WR Stefon Diggs had his third 100-yard game of the 2025 season after finishing 9 receptions for 105 yards. He had 101 yards vs. Carolina (9/28) and 146 yards at Buffalo (10/5). Diggs now has 39 career games with at least 100 receiving yards, which is fourth in the NFL among active players.

ROOKIE LB ELIJAH PONDER HAS SACK IN SECOND STRAIGHT GAME
Rookie LB Elijah Ponder recorded a sack for the second straight game when he dropped Jets QB Justin Fields for 2-yard loss on a third-down play in the fourth quarter. He had his first sack when he dropped QB Baker Mayfield for a 5-yard loss in the fourth quarter at Tampa Bay. Ponder is the first Patriots rookie with a sack in back-to-back games since DL Chase Winovich in 2019 with a sack at Buffalo (9/29) and at Washington (10/6).

LINEUP NOTES
• DT Eric Gregory made his NFL debut when he entered the game on defense during the first drive of the game. He finished with1 assisted tackle.
• FB Jack Westover made his first NFL start.
• C Ben Brown was used as an extra lineman as a tackle-eligible tight end during the game.
